After individual research and analysis, students are matched in pairs according to their interests. The partners create a design proposal for a home that blends their individual perspectives in a unified response to the requirements. Students work together in this process of design development toward the presentation of their schemes for critique at a midterm review.

“The fall semester was amazing because it was the rare opportunity to design in collaboration with a partner. The magic of a project coming together from two visions resulted in my best and most rewarding work.”
